• This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Click Sales Inc. dba ClickBank (“Sponsor”), 1444 S. Entertainment Ave. Suite 410, Boise, ID 83709.

• Open only to those who are at time of entry at least eighteen (18) years of age, and who are subscribed to Sponsor’s email list as of December 14, 2025, at 12:00:01 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and during winner selection.
• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents (each, a “Representative”) of Sponsor or Sponsor’s parent, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising, promotion, and judging agencies, and all other service agencies involved with the Giveaway, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household of each such Representative (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these ClickBank Email Subscriber Giveaway Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

• By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

• Giveaway Period: Begins 12:00:01 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on December 14, 2025, and ends 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 25, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”).
  • Daily Single Prize Windows (7 total): December 14–December 20, 2025, one distinct 24-hour window each day.
  • Daily Two Prize Windows (4 total): December 21-24, 2025, one distinct 24-hour window each day.
  • Grand Prize Window: 12:00:01 am PT December 25–11:59:59 p.m. PT December 25, 2025.

• No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
• Entry Method: Be subscribed to Sponsor’s email list during the applicable prize window and at the time of winner selection. New subscribers who sign up during the Giveaway Period are eligible.
• Daily Single-Prize Drawings 1-7: One (1) prize per person/email per daily window. Prizes do not roll over to subsequent days, except as specified for the Grand Prize below.
• Daily Two-Prize Drawings 8-11: Two (2) prizes per person/email per daily window. Prizes do not roll over to subsequent days, except as specified for the Grand Prize below.
• Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) grand prize per person/email for the Grand Prize window. Sponsor may, at its discretion, include all eligible entrants from the daily prize windows as additional entries for the Grand Prize drawing; if so, no entrant will receive more than one entry total for the Grand Prize drawing.

• All active email subscribers during the Giveaway Period will be automatically entered, subject to eligibility, and may opt out of the Giveaway at any time.
• Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, ineligible, or noncompliant with these Terms and Conditions.

• Single Daily Prizes (7 total): One (1) Spark membership for one month each day from December 14 through December 20, 2025. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per daily prize: $47.00 $47 x 7 = $329.
• Two Daily Prizes (4 total): One (1) Spark membership for one month and one (1) winner’s choice of either Product Mastery or The $250k Blueprint. each day from December 21 through December 24, 2025. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per daily prize: $74.00 $74 x 4 = $518.
• Grand Prize (1 total): One (1) one‑year subscription to Spark ($564.00) plus six (6) months of Accelerator ($282.00), Product Mastery ($27.00), $250k blueprint ($27.00), and six (6) months done-for-you templates ($97.00). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $564+$282+$27+$27+$97 = $997.

• Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for each daily drawing and for the Grand Prize drawing.

• Daily Drawings: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each daily window, conducted on or about the next calendar day.
• Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for the Grand Prize window, conducted on or about December 26, 2025.
• Sponsor or its designee will conduct drawings; decisions are final and binding.

• Potential winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within 2–5 days of the applicable drawing.
• Potential winners must respond within 48 hours and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), and any required tax forms (e.g., W‑9 for U.S.) within 5–7 days.
• If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or provide required documents on time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

• Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s first name and last initial, likeness, city/state/region, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or consent.

• Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue applicable tax forms as required by law.

• By subscribing to ClickBank email, you consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of your personal information for the administration of the Giveaway and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://support.clickbank.com/en/articles/10535346-clickbank-privacy-policy.
• EEA and UK residents: Personal data is processed pursuant to GDPR. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway or any drawing if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with entry processes, acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or engaging in unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior.
• Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may violate criminal and civil laws; Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted.
• Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Official Rules.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use/misuse of any prize.
• Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable entries or notifications; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation or prize use.

• Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Boise, Idaho. The parties shall select a single arbitrator by mutual consent. The costs of arbitration shall be apportioned by the arbitrator. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
• The parties each hereby irrevocably waive any and all right to trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Official Rules.

• For the names of the winner(s), send a self‑addressed, stamped envelope to Click Sales Inc. dba ClickBank, Attn: “Email Subscriber Giveaway – Winners List,” 1444 S. Entertainment Ave. Suite 410, Boise, ID 83709, to be received by January 31, 2026. Where permitted, the first name and last initial of winners may also be announced via email from Sponsor.

• “Spark” and “Accelerator” memberships are Sponsor products and subject to the ClickBank Guarantee, which states that ClickBank may allow for the return or replacement of a product, depending on the applicable Vendor Return Policy.
